Privacy, Terms & Complaints
Transparency, confidentiality and professional responsibility.
YFOEX is committed to responsible service delivery, transparent agreements and the careful handling of personal information.
Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG).
What we collect. When you use a contact form we ask only for the information needed to respond: your name, email address, an optional phone number and a short message. Please do not include sensitive details such as health information or your citizen service number (BSN) in an initial enquiry.
Why we use it. We use your details to answer your enquiry, to discuss whether our services may be suitable and, if you proceed, to prepare an intake. The legal basis is your consent and, where you request services, taking steps at your request before an agreement.
Recipients and retention. Enquiries are delivered by email to YFOEX. We do not sell your data. We keep enquiries no longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were received, and no longer than legal obligations require.
Booking preview. The on-site calendar currently shows sample availability. Contact details entered in this preview remain only in the open page, are not transmitted or saved, and disappear when the page is refreshed or closed. Continuing to the payment screen does not reserve an appointment. Mollie payments are not yet enabled. Please use test details in this preview, and contact YFOEX directly for a real enquiry.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise your rights, email info@yfoex.com.
Terms and Conditions
Programme agreements are made in writing after an intake and set out the content of the support, the agreed duration, payment obligations, cancellation arrangements, the responsibilities of participants and the conditions for ending services.
Payment and cancellation provisions comply with mandatory Dutch consumer law and applicable contractual rules. Services outside an authorised PGB or other funding arrangement are assessed, financed or commissioned separately.
Complaints
Participants must be able to raise concerns or complaints, and we want to hear them. Please send your complaint by email to info@yfoex.com, describing what happened and what outcome you are seeking. We acknowledge complaints, handle them carefully and respond in writing.
Where particular services fall under additional statutory healthcare or youth care requirements, the relevant complaints procedures also apply.
