A separately commissioned service
YFOEX offers a separately commissioned development service for individuals seeking to strengthen their employment prospects, explore entrepreneurship or improve their participation in society.
This service is distinct from our PGB-funded social support programmes. It can be commissioned by municipalities, UWV, employers or other organisations where the proposed activities fit their objectives and purchasing arrangements.
Our approach
We recognise that not everyone is immediately ready to return to employment or establish a business.
Some participants first need support with structure, confidence, communication, personal effectiveness or understanding their professional capabilities.
Our programmes can therefore include an initial development phase followed by practical steps towards participation, employment or entrepreneurship.
Business Coaching
For participants considering entrepreneurship, we offer guidance with business planning, market research, marketing, financial awareness and time management.
Participation Development
For people who are not yet ready for employment, the programme may focus on social participation, confidence, routine and preparing for future opportunities.
Commissioning through municipalities and UWV
Municipalities may commission appropriate participation or employment-related support within their responsibilities and procurement arrangements.
UWV also purchases re-integration services from suppliers that meet its requirements. Relevant categories include participation interventions, promoting social participation and work-related development. A provider must meet the applicable purchasing conditions.
